Shipping policy

Shipping is available to United States addresses. Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping. Orders are shipped through FedEx or USPS, and tracking details are sent by email when the shipment is on the way.

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment, although high demand or carrier conditions may cause delays. If carrier tracking shows an order as delivered but it was not received, contact reliefjacket7114@gmail.com within 5 days of the carrier delivery date. Eligible claims reported within that period may receive one reshipment; claims submitted after that period may not qualify for replacement or refund.
